Terms & conditions
A clear start for every order.
Custom designs
Only submit designs and images you own or are authorized to reproduce. Custom artwork is produced according to the configuration supplied with the order.
3D print estimates
Print weights, runtime and prices are calculated estimates based on your settings. Rendered images illustrate the design; surface texture and colour can vary. Do not rely on decorative objects for safety-critical applications.
Order progress
Production updates are available with your order number. A tracking status describes the store’s recorded progress; it does not guarantee a particular arrival date.
